Has it really been half a year already? Apparently so, because we are in the processes of moving yet again. Our current apartment in Edsberg Centrum (Sollentuna) was only for 6 months, and we were not able to renew it, so we had to find a new place.

There were tons of stress when we first was informed about the fact that we had to move. Mostly because it came a bit like a surprise on us. We knew that we were going to have to move sooner or later, but what we didn’t know was that it time would fly so fast in Stockholm. When it was three weeks left, we started thinking of emergency solutions in case we didn’t find anything. I think we settled with storing everything at a storage facility and finding a hotel room that was cheap enough to live in for a month. Then, all of a sudden, after sending tons and tons of mails to various apartments, we got invited to come look at an apartment. And it actually turned out being a really nice one! And the best of all, the landlord for the apartment was a total geek and we ended up talking more about servers and work then the actual apartment. I think that’s made us get the place.

So, new apartment, and opposite side of town. This time we’ll be living in Rågsved, which is actually just about 20-ish minutes from my work, and about 30min from Alinas job. Really perfect placement, and the apartment itself is really nice. Not as big as what we had, but we never managed to fill up that apartment with things anyway. We have arranged for friends helping with the moving this weekend, and have a whole week to clean out the old one.

This time I will try to take some photos of the new place and post them here. For some reason I never got around to posting pictures of the old one.

And of course, the apartment has 100/100 fibre connection. Priorities, I know!

Seeing as it’s hot as hell on a Sunday in our office, and I’m not at all motivated to get any work done, I went out on the mighty Interwebs to look for old tracks of myself. Turns out my old livejournal site was still up and running! Sure I didn’t use it that much, so there wasn’t really that many posts on it, but it was fun non the less. This blog I apparently registered in 2003-12-25 09:13:49 with the livejournal ID of (#1688696), it was last updated 2004-07-15.

Here are some of the posts re-posted for your entertainment (and because I am going to deleted the content entierly in due time. For now it’s just hidden).

I tillegg! End of day!

Currently i’ve updated my mrtg stats with cpu polling, disk usage polling and fileuse polling. Check it at http://penpen.evangelion.nu/mrtg/. I’ve also started working on my new homepage. See the temporary work at http://penpen.evangelion.nu/projects/newhomepage/. And of course, the music i’m playing doesn’t make the latenight hacking any cooler than it allready is :D.

music | Zeromancer – Split Seconds

It’s about 02:36 now, and i’m bored. I’ve been sitting here since 12:30 (That’s when i stood up), and doing nothing. I’ve been on irc the entire day and had a quick trip to the supermarket for some food. After that i made a pizza and watched Jackie Chan – Police story. Nice movie actually. Did you know that, that movie was the movie Jackie Chan sustained most injuries? Because of the playing with glass and all. Pretty scary. After that, i’m back on irc. Trying to find something to do. I’m planning on working on my website or going to sleep. Who knows what time will bring. *ranting*. I’ve also come to like Zeromancer. They’re what’s left of Seigmen. I remember i loved that group so much! Now they’re gone. And only memories left. I still love their songs thoug, and play them all the time. Wish they would continue, but hey, it can’t all last forever.

mood | tired
music | UnreaL ][ / PM

Yep, it's the first day of the new year and i'm sick. Too much to drink last nigth i guess. I was with some friends and we had a big new years party. Sendt up a bunch of expensive rockets and drank a lot of beer, shots and drinks. After a while i got so drunk that, according to my friends, they had to carry me up to bed. Kind of sucks really. I don't like not remembering what i did. Last thing i remember was talking on the phone then it all became dark and i had no more memory. Well, i woke up the next day with an big headace, pain in my stomach and in general, pain all over. Luckily Tom had to go to work, so i hitched a ride home with him. Now i'm sitting home, not so much headace and stomach pain anymore, but i still need a shower and some fresh clothes.

music | Haibane Renmei – Blue Flow

Okay, the day today was’nt too bad. I went to work at 9′o clock. Worked until 17′o clock. After that i made an agreement with Tom that we’d go training afterwards. I then went, bought two hot dogs and walked home (yes, i know it’s stupid buying hot dogs before training, but i was hungry). When i came home i went straight for my laptop (as usual) and started downloading some network apps i’ve found later the day at work. After about 3-4 hours Tom arrived and we went straight for trainging at Elixia. After about 1 hour of training i was pooped and coulnd’nt take another step. We then went for a shower. And boy, was that water cold. For some reason they didn’t have enough warm water. So i showered, in cold water >_<; Damn, that hurts. Anyhow, after a few minutes we dressed up and went to Hercules for some food. Of course, it was closed. Then we figured out that they are open at Kiwi until 23:00. We went there and i bought a pack of burgers and a Mia pizza (my favoritte ^^). We then went our seperate ways. When i came home i, again, sat down at my computer. Discussed Linux for a while with a person and, now i’m frying burgers and trying to find out what movie to watch. Any suggestions? The night is still young and i’ll be starting work 16:00 tomorrow. So long sleep before work :D See ya!

music | Kai Tracid – Too Many Times (Warmdusher Mix)

Okay, today i’ve been really up and down. It’s been a long time since i’ve had to post here, but here goes. I woke up at about 08:30 and was about to go to work, when i figured out my head was about to explode. I had a really hard headace and i couldn’t get it to stop. So i went back to bed and slept until about 09:30. I was supposed to go to work at 10, but i figured out that my head was in so much pain, that i had to take the day off. I called work and told them i was sick. Then i went straight to my laptop and read mail etc. as usual. I still had a headace, but hey, i love my computer. When it was about 13:00 i figured i should get som breakfast. I made the regular bread and jam, then took a warm shower. I figured it was time to do something, so i got in contact with Stian that asked if i were to meet him in town. So i did and we just walked around, trying to find some 1-day hair dye for Stian :p Anyway, later i went up to Christian, another friend of mine and we had a LAN. I of course had my laptop with me, and we traded some stuff. Later i was planning on going to Porsgrunn for another LAN. On the bus to Porsgrunn i figured out i was really hungry, but i didn’t care. I then hooked me up to the nettwork at my old school and copied some stuff Pål had asked me to get for him. By then i was really tired, hungry and had yet another headace (wich had left when i took a shower earlier) Then i waited for about 20min for the god damn buss, before i finally got home. Now i’m at my kitchen floor, eating noodles with meatballs and ranting in this rant.

Title: No more updates

j0
I will stop updating my livejournal from now on(not that i ever updated it that much), and do all my blogging on my own homepage, that’s on http://penpen.evangelion.nu if anyone missed it ;)

I’ll still comment on friends posts, so don’t worry about that. I’m not as good as i should be at commenting, but i’ll get there =)

hm, maybe i’ll update on livejournal if it’s REALLY important and something i only want to share with close friends.

Seems I wasn’t very good with line breaks back then, and to some extend I still fail at that part, but at least I had the occasional nerdy post ;)

These past couple of days I’ve been working on setting up a new photo gallery system for me and my friends. Right now I’m uploading about 1,1GB worth of images to the gallery, and I’ll probably be using allot of time sorting them all into categories, captioning and tagging, and so on.

The reason I started setting it up, was because of Inger-Lise wanting a gallery to post pictures that wouldn’t be suitable for posting on Facebook (You wouldn’t want your friends and family see you being drunk and looking silly, would you?), so I figured seeing as I have this domain hosted on our company’s server, I might as well set up some kind of system.

I’m mostly done setting it up. After all the images I have are uploaded, I’m going to set permissions for the different accounts, so they’re not to be available from the outside. I will also have people register for an account, in which they get their own album to upload pictures to. They will also be able to upload pictures directly within the gallery, to update on any missing photos from various parties or gatherings we might have had.

So guys, please, go check out http://www.jumpingmushroom.com/gallery/ and make yourself and account! I’ll be approving the registrations, so only the “select few” get access to the system :)

Right now I`m on a restaurant in the middle of Oslo, writing this on my new HTC touch diamond which i bought from Silje. worth every krone in my opinion.
So, I went down here with Kenneth (from work), to attend a seminar on .no domain registration. All went well, all tough we had some difficulties finding our way, but the phone with gps saved the day. We received some sweet free stuff (t-shirt, pins etc.) and even an amazing lunch buffet. The seminar itself had its ups and downs, as some of the speakers were extremely boring, but all in all, we learned allot on what kind of plans they had further on.
Today, I`m planning on doing some shopping, and later on, Pål is having a party. Should be fun.
I`ll see if I can do some updates later, as this blog has really been neglected recently…

It’s closing in on the last minutes before I’m done with the first week at my new job. I’ve learned allot of new stuff, like how to register new domains, update existing domains and transfer old ones in the Norid system. I’ve also finally gotten a better look at how our mail system works, so I can actually sort it and have it the way it’s supposed to be.

There has been allot of stuff happening today though, but I’ve not been a part of it, seeing as I mostly do the paper pushing, and don’t take any phones, but to sum it all up:

Several servers had problems with the mail service, which made mail have up to 6 hours delay.

More servers had load of up to 10 (which is quite allot on Linux servers) which made several pages cease to work.

Hackers had managed to intercept some SSH keys and compromised one (or more of our servers) and installed a rootkit.

All of this was fixed by the end of the day though, so no harm done. Our Polish server admin set new root passwords and we took down the source of the problem, an internal server at work that had been hijacked and drained for passwords.

Now I’m going to meet up with some friends in town, shopping and probably grab a coffee :)

Woho! So I’m really super excited about actually getting a job that I’m looking forward to starting. I’ve got a job as a support consultant and domain registrar at Crystone Norge A/S. My work will basically involve answering phones and mails from people that have their webpages hosted at Crystones servers, and take care of domains being registered trough our site by sending forms to various registrars around the world.

Now I’m sure for most people, this doesn’t sound very exciting…. And that’s why it kind of annoys me that I have nobody to talk to about these things. All my geeky friends are in the south, and the ones here are either not THAT interested, or never free to meet up and have a chat. Hopefully I’ll find someone to rant to about all this soon, but for now it’s my blog that gets it. It’s what it’s there for I guess.

Anyway, I visited my new place yesterday and had a chat with the manager, one of the co-workers and had coffee. Everything seemed so chill and cool, and when I was there ,the guys were trying to figure out why a CMS called Mambo didn’t work on a certain server. Turns out there was some problems with the development of the system being stalled, and thereby running php4 and not 5, which made certain features of the system cease to work. Think they manged to solving the problem just by moving the system over to a different server. Also, they’re mostly running GNU/Linux on their servers, which makes it an ideal job for me!
After some hanging around, my boss showed me how some of their management systems worked and how they managed all the mail they were recieving. Turns out they had about 1200 domain registrationg waiting to be sent out. Which will be my primary job the first days (or weeks, depending on how fast I’ll be).

Not much else has happened these days though. Yesterday, after I had been visiting my new job, I went and met up with Sonja, Margrethe and Julian, and we went to Dromedar Nordre for a cup of Coffee and a chat. Weather was very nice and we spent an hour or two there, before I had to get to work and finish up my last couple of days at Norfakta A/S. I might take up a couple of days at Norfakta later on if it turns out I feel I can handle it, just to make a little extra money while working at Crystone. We’ll see :)

Today is the last day at Norfakta for now, and I’ll probably be taking it VERY cool this weekend. Seeing as Monday is a holliday, I’ll have a long weekend before starting at the new place. Man I’m looking forward to it! :D

The thing about blogging. Is that you have to be in the mood for it. Now sometimes I’m really in the mood for just sitting down, taking my time and writing a post about what’s been going on lately in my life, but I haven’t felt like that for a long time now. I think mostly it’s because of all the changes in my life. Changes makes you stressed, weary, worried and insecure. So getting the time to sit down and write something, becomes very hard to do. That’s why I’ve taken as long a break from blogging as I have, but now, I’m back and feel it’s about time I started writing some again.

As some might know by now, me and Alina have moved to an new apartment. It’s about 28square meters (all tough the ad said 38, but It’s big enough for us either way), the rent is at a 6000kr a month + electricity and Internet, and it’s pretty close to town (about 10minute walk). First of all, I’d just like to thank the following people for helping out the Wednesday previous week: Sonja, Stian, Inger-Lise, Helen and Alinas parents. You guys were great and I’m really happy that you could all make it. It would have been hell without you.

Now that we’re a bit more settled, I figured I was calmed enough to actually sit down and write something. It’s still a bit messy here. Things needs to be moved into the attic, there’s still garbage that needs to be taken out, but most of the stuff has now been set up. It still looks a bit “thin” in the living room though, seeing as we still don’t have a couch, but hopefully we’ll get that fixed shortly.
There’s still allot of stuff here that needs to get fixed by the landlord though. The sink is slightly cracked and the pipes are leaking, the washing machine is leaking, the sink in the kitchen is leaking, but thankfully not enough to make it a problem. Hopefully he’ll be able to check it out and fix it soon.

Economy wise, moving has been quite the black hole though. We’ve bought quite allot of stuff after we moved in, and seeing as I’m poor as always, Alina has been loaning me the money so we can buy stuff together. Now I owe her quite allot of money, and we’re going to England… No doubt my next paycheck will also be dried out pretty quick. Still, I’ll manage though, and Alina is so kind and gives me the time I need to pay her back.

And for those that didn’t know, yeah we’re going to London this easter! I’m so looking forward to it. We’ll stay at a hostel in town, and be hardcore tourists, seeing the sites, eating the food and just having a great time over there. Hopefully Ste and Kelly will come down from Birmingham and spend the day with us as well. We’ll probably be staying there for about 1 and 1/2 week before we head back, so we’ll have plenty of time to see stuff. I’ll try to keep the blog updated as a sort of travel blog if anyone is interested. Also, we’ll be in Skien for a couple of days as well before we head to London, so if any of the ol’ Skien gang is present, please let me know and we’ll hang :p

Computer wise haven’t been much happening to be honest. I’m dying to get a server up and running, but there’s no point until we got ourself a Internet connection. For now we’re using our dumb neighbors unsecured WLAN net, but we don’t know how long it will last until he figures out there’s about 20 or 30 people on his router at all times, so better wait for our own before setting up anything. I’ve done some scripting though, and done quite allot of changes to the Ninja Monkeys forum. Now it’s got quite allot of hacks and tweaks to make it look pimp. I love setting up stuff like that.

Well, best be off now I guess. I’m hungry as hell, and I really should send a text to Alina and check how her medical examination went. I should also tidy up a bit here and get a shower…

For now, ta ta!

It’s finally Christmas! (well technically it’s past Christmas here in Norway. You Brits or Americans might celebrate on the morning of the 25th, but not us, oh no. We’re impatient :p).
So after being at friends all day yesterday (the 23rd that is), eating pizza, snacks, having sodas, watching movies and playing WII, I was in bed at around 4 after watching the last episode of Heroes (OMGLOLFFS! Damn cliffhangers and their cliffhangerness! I want season 3 NOW!…) and reading a chapter in my book.

Today I got up at around one, had a good long shower and fixed myself up for the evening to come. Mom had made rice porridge which is custom in our family and of course the almond was in place in a random bowl of porridge (well it was really a peanut, seeing as mom didn’t have any almonds, but who’s picky). And of course, after just two bites, it was mine! All mine :D And the reward, a marzipan pig and a scratch ticket. Sadly I didn’t win, but it was fun non the less.
After watching the obligatory Christmas movies, like the Disney Christmas, Tante Pose and of course the butler and the countess which is also a tradition to watch here in Norway., my grandfather shows up and it’s time for dinner.
As is tradition in our family, we have rib for Christmas, and rice pudding. However this year the rib wasn’t particularly good. It was way too much fat on it and was just sickening if you ate too much. The meaty parts were ok though, but I’d really wish it had been a bit better. Still, I ate until I couldn’t eat any more, so I guess it wasn’t that bad :p

After relaxing a bit, trying to get the rib to settle, it was of course time for the coffee and cakes. Man we eat allot on Christmas…..Anyway, after a few sips, my brother can’t stop nagging about opening presents, so my mom gives the go. He runs for the presents and starts throwing them to everyone as fast as possible.

I got quite allot of stuff actually, especially seeing as my age kind of makes people stop buying presents for me. Being old sucks…

Anyway, this is what I got for Christmas:
- 3000kr.
- A warm wool sweater.
- wool underwear.
- 007 – On her majesty’s secret service.
- A book called “Drageløperen” or “The Kite runner” in English.
- A couple of dvds my brother made with various shows on them.
- And the best present of the year in my opinion:

A very snazzy teapot with glasses :D

I also got a tea called “Høstflørt” (Fall flirt) with them. I’m sure Alina will love them as well, as she’s just as much a tea drinker as I am.

Now I’d just like to post a few pictures I’ve taken in order to properly give that Christmas feel.

This is our Christmas tree, for being the first time ever where I wasn’t the one cordinating the decorations on the Christmas tree, I think it turned out pretty good.

This is a bowl of nuts, go figure :p

And last, but not least, a crackling fire (all tough taken with a very slow shutter speed, so it looks kind of fancy and purple-like)

Tomorrow is the big drinking day here in Skien, so I’m going over to a friends house with around 13-14 people and will no doubt drink until I can’t see straight, then of course head out on town and drink some more. I am however not looking forward to walking home afterwards, but I’ll probably manage.
Hopefully I’ll have enough to drink on though, I’m getting some beers from my stepdad, but that’s it really. I’ll probably mooch a bit of my friends though, some vodka or something, so there will no doubt be enough intoxication ;)

Well, it’s due time for some sleeping now. Even though it’s just as late as it was yesterday. Man I sure hope I get my sleeping patterns adjusted by the time I’m heading back to Trondheim, otherwise I’ll have a hard time getting to work.

Good night, and Merry Christmas to you all!

Finally a blog, after quite a long time. So what are my main reasons for not posting a blog for all this time? Well, first of all, pure laziness, but after a few days another reason came up. See we were supposed to change our ISP to NextGentel, alas that would be not as easy as we thought. First of all, Wilma (my landlord) ordered a new connection from NGT, blissfully unaware of the fact that Tele2 (our previous provider) didn’t accept her order, due to her being registered with her middle name as well in their database, and they couldn’t by that verify that she was the owner of the account… Second of all, tele2 decided it would be clever to close down our connection 3 days BEFORE we got our new stuff set up from NGT, so after 3 days of no Internet, the router stuff from NGT arrived (all tough 1 day later the expected), and to our horror, we had received an defect router!.. So it was back to calling NGT, ordering a replacement and wait for that.
We of course ordered the new router when we figured out the one we received was defect, which was on Saturday. So we probably have to wait until either Tuesday or Wednesday until we will be able to connect the new router back up.
Lots of fun dealing with ISP’s, you never know what problems might occur…

Anyway, right now I’m writing this on my computer, but it will be posted at work tomorrow during my break, seeing as that’s the only place i can seem to get this done. Seems I’ll probably be spending time on the net from work, NAV or the library the next couple of days :s

So what has happened in my life these last days after i came back home from Skien? Well, i came home at around 7am in the morning, after the usual long train ride. Fun part was that i actually met someone i knew on the train. Kim from Outland was at the same train as me, with some of his friends. I slept for the most part during the entire trip though, so we didn’t get to talk as much.
Arriving at the train station i was greeted by a somewhat tired, but very happy Alina, which really put a big smile on my face. It was so good to see her again and i was really happy to see that she actually woke up that early on a Saturday morning just to come and meet me.
After heading back home and getting some sleep, we went to her place, packed the rest of her stuff and went back to my place to prepare for the H-Party. We cleaned my room and made some pizza. Just in time for everyone to arrive. We had a great time and talked quite allot, but after a while i got really sick and had to go throw up like several times during the evening. And no, it had nothing to do with drinking. To be honest i have no idea what the reason for it was, but I’m pretty sure i must have caught something whilst om the train back.
So the next 3 days i was pretty much sick, lying in bed or sitting in front of my computer trying to keep myself sedated on pills and warm drinks. I had a fever and was quite nauscious all the time. On Sunday i did get out and didn’t actually feel that bad. I even managed to help Alina move her stuff to my apartment from her old place. Thankfully Julian helped, otherwise we’d probably have had to work twice as long, but i got sick again later that evening and was in a pretty bad shape that night and the next 2 days.

After getting better i got back to work and managed to work at least Thursday and Friday before the weekend. And by then i was pretty ok.
The weekend i didn’t really do much to be honest. I mostly just relaxed at home and tried to recuperate for the coming week. Seeing as i still felt somewhat queezy.

The previous week (or this week, seeing as I’m writing this on a Sunday) I’ve been busy working every day all week. Monday to Friday. Most the days It’s just been wake up at 7, go to work at 8, back home at 4 (or walk around aimlessly in town), have some food, relax at home with Alina, then back at work again the following morning.
Thursday was fun though, me and Alina went to NTNU Gløshaugen to join a Christmas Workshop to make loorollsantas, braided hearts and Christmas cards. The Online group had arranged it at one of the classrooms there, and there were around 20 people or so there. We had gingerbread cookies and «Gløgg» and had great fun with some classmates of Alina. I made a loorollsanta and some hearts, and Alina made a couple of Christmas cards and 2 loorollsantas.

This weekend there was a new party, the J-Party. Me and Alina didn’t have any costumes at all, and seeing as we didn’t have time to make anything (well, she hadn’t any time, seeing as she was at work all day, i on the other hand did have time, but was too lazy to do so :s), we just went up there.
We still had a great time though, and i managed to actually get a costume as well after a while. I got dressed up as «jente», or «girl» in English. And i was told i looked quite good….Scary stuff.
We got quite drunk after a while and had a great time. At around 12 we went with the rest of the people out to get a buss and get into town. Me and Alina both decided once we were in town that it was about time to get home, so we stumbled our way home which of course took quite allot longer then it usually does, but then again, it always does when you’re drunk :p. Back home we got some food, drank allot of water and tried to get at least partially sober so we could get to bed without feeling too quezy in the morning.

Waking up today (Sunday) wasn’t that half bad. I felt okay, but Alina felt a bit worse. We stayed in bed most of the day and just either slept or relaxed. Got ourselves up at around one o’clock and took a shower and some food. Alina went to work at around 2:30 and I’ve been washing clothes, cleaning my room and doing the dishes.

Now I’ll probably watch a movie and just kick back in the sofa until Alina comes back from work. She’ll probably be back at around 9 or so, then we’ll probably just chill out until bedtime. Seeing as we both have to get up early tomorrow for more work and school.

This week I’ll be working Monday to Friday as usual. Seeing as it’s 50% of taxes this month, i really need to work as much as possible in order to get a decent paycheck the 20th. If my calculations are correct, i will probably receive a paycheck at around 8000kr, which is pretty neat. Most of it will go to either bills, rent, paying back loans and placing on my savings account in order to save up some money for a vacation. I really want to visit England with Alina this easter, so i want to save up a bit of money so we can maybe go to London as well and see the sites. Plan is probably to go there in the beginning of easter, cruise around in London for a couple of days, then head for Birmingham to visit our British friends.

Hopefully, once I’ve got my paycheck, i will try to invite some people to join me and Alina for a little trip to Sweden as well and do some shopping :p Would be fun. I also want to try to get some people to come with us to Pirbadet at one time and have a good swim and maybe pamper ourselves a bit. We’ll see once all the bills are payed how much I’ve got left.

Just so you know, i will try to blog more often. Only the last couple of weeks have been rather busy, and seeing as we don’t have an Internet connection it requires a bit of extra effort to get it done. Our connection will probably be back up some time the coming week though, so I’ll be back to blogging full time again then :)

For now i must say, this blog is really starting to feel like a personal, yet public, diary. And it does feel great to just write whatever is on my mind here, and actually getting feedback on what i write feels quite good as well. Hopefully I’ll be able to do this for quite a long time, so i can watch back and read up on stuff i wrote a long time ago, laugh and think «man, did i really think like that back then?».

Until next time, take care everyon
e! I’ll be back!

Gah! My back is hurting…..And I do believe my chair is to blame. Thing is, the floor here is so slanted, that my back subconsciously is working constantly to keep the chair from rolling, and so it hurts after sitting here for several hours straight. Either i have to rearrange my room somehow, or I need to sit less in front of the computer…. I wonder which it will be :p

Anyway, new post, need something to write about. As you might have noticed I’ve been playing around with my webcam allot, but I’ve also done some cool stuff with my GNU/Linux setup. I’ve enabled something called kexec in the kernel. What it does is that it makes rebooting 10 times faster, by simply booting the kernel over again, instead of the entire computer. So you don’t have to go trough the bios bootup, or the grub menu (if you use one like I do, I have several kernels), so by cutting away all that dead time, a reboot takes less time. Now all I need to do is figure out why my display crashes when i run in framebuffer mode in console and reboot with kexec….I’m guessing it has something to do with the fact that the kexec code in the kernel is marked EXPERIMENTAL :]

I’ve also tried lately to fix up my system a bit, clean out old files and such, but It’s not easy seeing as I have allot of application I just install to test, then forget to uninstall them, which leaves tons of crap files lying around. And the fact that when I first set up this system, and only gave the / mount 6.5gb of space doesn’t help…
If anyone have any good hints or tips to cleaning up a Gentoo system, let me know. I’ve so far done revdep-rebuild, cleaned up several temp files and deleted allot of unnecessary doc files.

So, plans for the day…..meh, I’m not sure to be honest. I talked with Silje yesterday about meeting up at a café later on today, but when I was heading to bed last night (around 4 am..) she was up because she couldn’t sleep. She was going to send me a text though, to let me know if she was up for it, so we’ll see :)
I also had a message from Inger-Lise this morning asking if I had any plans, but she was offline when i tried to talk to her so I’m not sure what it was about.
Hopefully I’ll find something to do tonight, sitting alone at home again is kind of a drag. Yesterday was ok, even though I kind of said I would go to Mikroen, I decided I much rather wanted to stay home and play around with my webcam. Today though, I’m not that keen on staying at home doing squat.

Oh, and I watched Fantastic 4: Rise of the silver surfer last night, man that’s a crap cheesy horrible flick….I do NOT recommend it. Only fun moments in it was 1: When Stan Lee (creator of Spiderman, Fantastic 4 etc.) wasn’t allowed into Storm and Mr.Fantastics wedding. I was amused by that :p and 2: When the silver surfer confessed his true reason for being there.
