Yesterday the replacement router shows up, and we could all feel the excitement, “finally we will be able to use the Internet again!”, but alas no… I unpack the router, an guess what? The morons had actually managed to ship it with the wrong power adapter. It simply didn’t fit! (and had the wrong voltage). [...]
